Added Factions - Guild Wars Forums

I've just added factions to my account today, wanted to try the assination proffesion or class what ever you might want to call it.

but while im in the training progressions for the assination i have no daggers so i cant really do many attacks, let alone do much damage.

How would i obtain daggers?

when you create your character and show up with togo and the others in front of you there is a chest behind you which when you open will give you your first set of daggers.
After those you will need to either buy a set or get a good drop from one of the baddies you kill off.

so the chest is by the guys you can add to your party if you dont have any friend online to party with you?

before that.....right after you create your character .....you show up in a tutorial area. AT THAT TIME you will see some people talking in front of you and a guy with a "!" over his head...if you turn around you will see a gold chest glowing at you, click on it and a set of dagger will pop out for you.
this is way before you do anything else. before you get to town, before you talk to the guy to let you into the monastery.....

Get your hands on some Claws of the Broodmother. They are the best and rarest daggers in the game. Hopefully someone will have some they could donate to you. :-p
